I was just upping my daily walking targets, when I started to get a bit of swelling on my right ankle.
Then I went and jagged it completely at a controlled burn with the rural fire brigade. I took a week off from walking and taped my ankle with sports tape, but it looks like I will be having a couple of weeks rest from walking. Its Time to pull the kayak out and do a bit of paddling.
